Ashfall: Year Zero

Day 1 was the Ashfall. The sky came down grey, the dead stood up, and a handful of the living woke with a window behind their eyes and a Stage to climb. On Day 212, Jace Marrow has sat at Stage One Peak for a month inside the walls of Greywall, a stronghold run by the Warden's Compact under one rule: no fires after dusk. Then an outpost up the river goes silent, a Tier 3 mutant that melts steel is loose on the road, and something to the east has started to sing. Climbing is the only way to survive what is coming. Climbing is also what it wants.
